Find the right device

Tell us what you want your Zigbee device to do — we'll match it against real community capability evidence, not manufacturer claims.

Ask in plain English

Describe what you want the device to do. This is matched with simple rules, not AI — no data ever leaves your browser.

Try one of these:

Build your search

Step 1 — What are you trying to do?

Pick as many as apply.

Looking for something more specific?

Step 2 — Does it need to work without Home Assistant?

Choosing "Yes" requires the device to control the other device directly over a Zigbee bind, without a hub involved.

Step 3 — Device preferences (optional)

Only preferences the community dataset can actually support are offered here — device type (e.g. "light" vs "switch") isn't reliably derivable yet, so it isn't included.

Matches

Partial matches — meet some, not all, requirements

Matches are generated entirely from real community scan evidence — nothing here is inferred by AI or manufacturer marketing copy. "Output" evidence specifically reflects each device's own declared Zigbee capabilities, not an independently tested behavior — see the cluster glossary for what that means in practice.

An empty or partial result means nobody has submitted evidence yet, not that no device supports it — see the contribution instructions.
